ABOUT US

Our institute is recognised by the Chilean National Service for  Education and Employment (SENCE). We enjoy the support of the Swiss Embassy in Chile who recognises our name and supports our cultural activities.

"Some of the fascinating aspects of our cultural centre are the coaching of our international students, supporting and following their educational progress, making our beautiful country and culture accessible to them in an enjoyable, friendly and comfortable atmosphere.”
(Ximena Pérez, Director)

" I want with my participation in this institute transmit the human enrichment and knowledge that gave me the combination of two different cultures, the European and the Latin American. We help our students to profit from their new experiences."
(Armin Weissen, Director)

“To make foreign people get closer to our culture and involve Chilean people with other cultures trough languages is a magical and rewarding process which I am proud to be part of by supporting them, giving them information, making them feel comfortable and attending all their questions in order to create a nice atmosphere.”
(Perla Intveen, Secretaria de Estudios)

"The diverse activities in the « Coordinacion de Estudios » at Instituto Chileno Suizo de Idiomas y Cultura » make this job very interesting and responsible. The excellent environment and good teamwork are similar to the situation in Europe. Every day I meet new people, from Chile and other countries and their culture."
(Klaus Schiess, Coordinador de Estudios)
